LAGHMAN, Mar. 31 – In the wake of the declaration of general amnesty by Amir ul Momineen, 93 enemy military personnel have severed ties with Kabul regime and joined the Islamic Emirate in several different districts of Laghman province over the last month.
According to a report from northern Baghlan province, 16 enemy military personnel changed side to the Islamic Emirate and joined Mujahideen in Baghlan-e-Markazi district of Baghlan province on Monday.
