    KANDAHAR, July. 31 – Followimg the activation of five transformers, 1,000 families have been provided with power in#Maiwand district of Kandahar province, say officials of Da Afghanistan Breshma Sherkat. The officials of Kandahar Electricity Authority say that, each installed transformer has the capacty of 200 kilovolts of electricity.
