10 killed and wounded, vehicle destroyed as post attacked in Nawa

HELMAND, Jun. 04 – Mujahideen attacked a police check post located in Kopratif area of Nawa district last night, killing 2 policemen as well as destroying the towers of the post.

Later on, enemy reinforcement arriving the scene came under a Mujahideen ambush, resulting in a vehicle destroyed and several puppets killed and wounded inside.

Once again enemy troops arrived the scene for reinforcement and came under Mujahideen attacks, killing 8 puppets and forcing the rest to retreat.
