10 killed, 11 arrested as offensive repelled in Ghor

GHOR, Nov. 02 – Officials say heavy clashes prompted after Mujahideen strongly responded to enemy offensive operation in Band Ghalmin area of Marghab district midday on Wednesday.
Gunfight continued till evening hours, during which at least 10 puppets were killed with 11 others arrested and the rest were forced to retreat.
A ranger pickup, 1 PKM machine gun, 1 RPG launcher, 1 sniper gun and other military equipment was seized in the operation.
A Mujahid is said to have been wounded in the crossfire.
