PAKTIA, Nov. 11 – Early Saturday Mujahideen opened fire on the enemy military convoy in Gardiz city, the capital of Paktia province and forced it into a halt, triggering a violent firefight that led to the deaths of 4 enemy soldiers while a further 7 were wounded.

Similarly, 2 tanks and 2 military vehicles were destroyed after coming under Mujahideen rocket fires in the fighting.

In the province’s Zazi Aryub district, 1 puppet was killed and 2 more got injured when an explosion happened early on Saturday.

Furthermore, 5 enemy soldiers were killed and 4 more suffered wounds in gun battle caused by Mujahideen attack on the enemy convoy in Zurmat district of the province on the same day. A vehicle was also destroyed in the fighting.
