BALKH, Aug. 12 – Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate attacked an army vehicle with IEDs along Kabul-Kandahar highway in the limits of Paghman district on Wednesday, blowing the vehicle apart and leaving a puppet dead and another one wounded.
